Tenders will be sought from the electricity providers on behalf of the schemes under our management to obtain the best possible pricing for electricity for each scheme.

Q - What does it mean for our strata scheme?
A - The aim is to save the cost of electricity for the common property.
Q - What will we save?
A - Because tenders are being sought for the electricity costs, we do not know what the end price will be. The aim is to keep the electrical
rates as low as possible.
Q - Are we locked into contracts, and for how long?
A - Yes, your scheme will be locked into a contract for a specific period with the electrical provider that wins the tender, however, we are not
presetting terms for the contracts so that we can take advantage of the best rates provided.
Q - What do we have to do to take part in the tender process?
A - Nothing, the process will be managed jointly by Mason & Brophy Strata Management and Energy Action.
Q - What do we do if we don't want to take part?
A - Advise our office that you do not want to take part in the program.
Q - Why Energy Action?
A - They are a leading independent energy management company with the facilities to manage the needs of our schemes.
Q - Do the schemes have to pay Energy Action?
A - No, Energy Action receive a payment from the successful energy provider.
Q - Do Mason & Brophy Strata Management receive any payments or commissions from Energy Action in this process?
A - No, we do not receive anything for undertaking this work. We are doing it to provide a benefit for our clients.
