The Strata Assist package is an economic solution to this problem providing the essential minimum requirements under the Strata Schemes Management Act, 1996 allowing small buildings' Owners Corporations to have control of the running of their strata scheme.
Owners take care of meetings, contractors and repairs while Mason and Brophy deal with the records and financial aspects of running a building. Mason & Brophy provide clear and concise accounts; B-pay and electronic levy payment facilities as well as on-line access to your strata plan's financial records. The price we negotiate is an inclusive fee - all costs are quantified and designed to offer the best value for money.
Mason and Brophy will do additional work upon request, again offering great service for a cost-effective price. Additional services include work on GST, BAS, and tribunal matters and attend and/or arrange additional meetings and consultation on difficult issues.
