Mason & Brophy use strata specific software a part of which is StrataMax, which enables clients to securely view and print information about their Owners Corporation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, anywhere in the World via StrataMax.

StrataMax provides a convenient and easy way to keep clients informed and up to date without the need to charge the Owners Corporation for information requested. It also provides Minutes of Meetings and individual owners' financial details.

The access password is sent to you in the Welcome Letter from Mason & Brophy either at the commencement of management of your scheme, or to each new owner as they take possession. You should change the password to something more easily remembered. If you forget your password you will need to contact StrataMax directly.  Mason & Brophy can provide you with your original password only if it has not been subsequently changed.
