The Office of Fair Trading is the NSW government department charged with administering the Strata Schemes Management Act,  offering mediation and adjudication services to consumers through the Consumer, Tenancy and Trader Tribunal.

There are a number of publications specific to living in a strata scheme which are freely available from the Office of Fair Trading. You can find these in the Strata Schemes area of the Office of Fair Trading website at www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au   Copies can also be obtained from the Office of Fair Trading by telephoning 13 32 20.
